media industry for 4 years, I have identified my ability to communicate and coordinate across different departments efficiently to execute, solve and adapt to problems faced as a UX researcher. I believe strongly in working together with people of different expertise and coming up with actionable solutions to enhance user experience via multiple touchpoints.

PROCESS
AGILE METHODOLOGY:
In GA, I was taught to use the double diamond methodology throughout my UX design sprint. Throughout my time working as a UX Researcher, I have used different research methods to bring value to my clients. in short, I believe in an iterative approach.

Throughout my research processes, I come up with the best possible methods to gather insights and analysis. I set timeboxes agreed by members involved and myself to ensure my team and I is able to prioritise and complete tasks within the given deadline.
SKILLS SET
EMPATHISE:
Being curious since young, I love to ask questions and observe actions made to understand why people say the things they say and act the way they act. It was the reason why I first pursue a career in the media industry.

I developed human-centred thinking towards the user's wants and needs through my past work experience by working with the different teams and coming up with product that cater to the users.
IDEATION:
I enjoy the process of analyzing research and using the insights to come up with solutions and ideas for the product.

After gaining more experience in the UX field in GA, I am amazed by the process of translating insights into solutions. A career in UX will allow me to bring my prior job experience and skills I have learnt in school to the different touchpoints of the product.
TEAMWORK:
With my prior working experience in the media industry and group UX projects in GA, I strongly believe in how a good team can make better results.
